What we take on
A feature wall and a full commercial fit-out get the same survey, the same masking discipline and the same walkthrough at handover.
HDB flats, condominiums and landed homes, painted around your schedule. Occupied units are sectioned off room by room so you keep living there while we work.
Offices, clinics, salons, cafés and shop units. We work nights and weekends so the shutters go up on time and your floor is clear before the first customer arrives.
Landed façades, boundary walls, gates, grilles and metalwork, coated with weather-resistant systems chosen for Singapore's rain and glare rather than a catalogue photo.
Limewash, microcement look, textured and stencilled walls, metallic and pearl glazes. Sampled on your own wall first, because these finishes never look the same on a card.
Supply and installation, pattern matched at the seams, plus stripping and wall making-good when an old paper comes down and takes the skim coat with it.
Peeling paint, hairline cracks, water-stained ceilings and mould in the usual corners. Treated, sealed and made sound before any topcoat goes on — otherwise it returns.

This is the cross-section of a Delux wall, from the bare substrate outward. Skip a stratum and the finish still looks right on handover day — it just stops looking right about a year sooner.

How a job runs
Most single residential units complete in two to four working days. You will know which stage we are at each evening.
We measure up, test the existing coating and note damp, cracks and mould. You receive a fixed written quote with the scope spelled out.
Shortlisted colours brushed onto your own wall and viewed in daylight and lamplight before anything is confirmed.
Furniture moved and wrapped, floors sheeted, sockets, skirting and frames masked before a tin is opened.
Scrape, sand, fill, patch, seal. The slowest stage, and the one that decides how the job looks in year three.
Primer where needed, then two topcoats. Edges cut in by hand, fields rolled and laid off in one direction for an even sheen.
Masking lifted, floors swept, furniture returned. We walk the space with you, mark anything you flag, and correct it the same visit.
